We offer a lifetime warranty on the installation of your windshield or rear window for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty ensures that your new windshield or rear window will be properly installed and sealed by our experienced technicians. It will not leak unless the glass is broken or the car rusts around it, which is not covered under this warranty.
If you experience any issues with leakage or are dissatisfied for any reason, simply contact Aaction Auto Glass. We will schedule an appointment to assess the situation and determine if it falls under our warranty coverage. If our original work requires adjustment, we will make the necessary corrections at no cost to you. Please note that this warranty covers only the replacement mentioned above and does not include any incidental or consequential damages. New damage from rocks or other impacts is not covered.
The windshield repair process at Aaction Auto Glass is designed to prevent the spread of damage from the initial point of impact. We guarantee the structural integrity of every windshield repair and are committed to your 100% satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the repair results, we will credit $50 toward a windshield replacement for as long as you own the vehicle. The credit will be issued to the party responsible for the initial payment. In the event that your deductible was waived for the windshield repair, you will need to pay any applicable deductible for the windshield replacement.
Our warranty covers the re-calibration of your vehicle’s Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) sensors. This warranty is valid until the next re-calibration event, one year, or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. A re-calibration event includes, but is not limited to, a vehicle collision, windshield replacement, or disconnection/removal of the ADAS camera.
To receive service under this warranty, bring your vehicle to one of our locations. Our technician will inspect your vehicle to determine if the ADAS sensors need re-calibration under our warranty. If they do, we will perform the re-calibration at no charge to you.
